 Limerick Place is situated on the water's edge on the estuary at Ngunguru. It is approximately 20K from Whangarei.Ngunguru Hotel was very popular in the 1800s and all that remains now is the water tank which still holds water. The garden is large and has a wide variety of plants. Ostriches are also farmed here. Two baches are available - all self-contained, very peaceful and quiet, and today it is nice to know that everything is serene and safe - a security system is in place. |
